I’m a small scale tea farmer in Japan making a rare fermented tea, in a regenerative way. The scale is completely different than Juntos Farm, but the intension is so aligned. Thank you for sharing your journey — it’s inspirational! Happy year of the horse 🐎
It’s a fermented tea called Awa Bancha, made through anaerobic fermentation with lactic acid bacteria. It’s one of only 4 traditional fermented teas in Japan. I’d be so happy to send some to you and your team (and it’s naturally caffeine-free, too)!
Beautifully written and I’m excited to follow you along on your journey. Can’t wait for the podcast too! Still remember watching you and your brother on YouTube all those years ago. Happy New Year!
I’ve recently joined Substack and been engaging with regenerative agriculture pieces and who should pop up but you! I remember watching your YouTube videos, and seeing Earthrise launch and love that your journey has brought you to food and farming and community. Juntos farm sounds like a magical place. I’m excited to follow along as you share more here.
Awesome! I can relate to feeling daunted headed into this new year. Wouldn't want it any other way though! To dance beautifully on the greatest stage is the most daunting task.
Thank you for sharing, for your sincerity and courage. It's hard to imagine how overwhelming it may be sometimes, but what you do inspires me (and I belive many more people) and evokes so deep meaningfully feelings of unity of us and our planet as a whole one. Thank you again, looking forward to new features!
Finn, to this nature. I hear your expression in the art of your tone. In the listening of the mountain that dances snow in a prism of fireflies, I am noticing your connection of all life.

Amazing! What kind of tea do you grow? Can I buy some? 👀
